This is a classy example of the legalese mumbling. The Government promulgates laws that affect health and safety of its society or any large groups of individuals that it governs to maintain order as well as protect natural rights of a human and/or citizen and protect economical and environmental right of the state. That is Public laws it is the subject of concern of every individual to maintain order.

No. no. And no. Public law is the common law as it is common to all; is the superior law; God's Law: do no harm; all of man's laws are private laws as all contracts are private admiralty (law of the sea) commercial contract law. As rule of law is the contract between the parties is the law between the parties; where there is no internationally valid and enforcable wet ink contract; the law between the parties is the common law; the law of the land which is defined as: nothing that passes by enactment (all of man's laws) is the law of the land. So you are free and cops and courts are corrupt and criminals in their private policing for profit; aided; supported; and protected by the parasites who participate in private prosecutions for profit. This is how corrupt the system is. Ready to stand up and annex our police stations; municiple councrls; and our public courts of record; the only courts with the legal and lawful jurisdiction and authority to fine and imprison, where every man or woman is held accountable for his or her actions; inactions; and deeds by the lawful people (not juridical fictions of man's law) of the neighborhood. Annex all building for public use; Perminately. Include the all important post offices. No more exceeding of legal and lawful public jurisdiction and authority. Time to hold their feet to the fire of the light of truth.
