Challenges which will be faced by govt. 1) as rail tracks are same. Govt n indian railways have to find a way so tht there is no clashes between indian railways and private firms regarding giving pass and time 2)govt need a mechanism to keep the prices affordable to even BPL.. Special provision to be made 3) govt needs to keep some trains under indian railways so tht smooth functioning can be carried out. Pros 1)The private management will ensure that train come on time 2)There will be availability of seats. So waiting culture will have impact on it 3)they may make a model for collection of ticket which will help indian railway to raise from debt they r in.. n without ticket journey will be impacted 4)better services to customers will be provided 5)when more and more private firms get involved more compitition would be thr n hence better services as well as better price for journey to customers As every coin has two faces it has cons also Cons 1) private firms may form lobby and can overcharge from customers 2)Train is called lifeline thus with raised price will make it unavailable for poor people. 3) this will be challenging for govt to form rules n regulations 4)they may downsize the railways which will increase unemployment in country My name is Abhishek Sharma sir please give me free access to ur whatsapp group humble request Thank you

Very well explained the Pros and cons of privatisation of Indian railways. 👍

1. In a nutshell, picture is pretty much clear from the line “Private entity only manage these however the control is still in governments hand” this leads to enhance the passenger services and improve infrastructure which brings the employment (need of a time since the unemployment rate is close to 7%). In addition, not forget that they are quoting for a additional trains this means that the old 13k trains is still under Indian Rail; thus here privatisation will act as filling the voids. 2. Even though if its not privatised now, in a long term fare prices bound to increase because of increasing operational cost (As you said, currently 98.44). 3. Coming to entire privatisation it is only a possibility not a probability and thus a current step will improve the ailing economy.

Thank u, Sir. Really appreciate your effort to transfer all views in simple words. It's a Very good decision that affects the overall development of our nation. To achieve our development goals must need to think of different ways to improve the entire performance of each sector. In my opinion, privatization is a really good decision . Help to improve the proper use of human resources also.

Very much nutral video. I have been following railway (semi) privatisation since the proposal in 2018. So i knew most of the stuffs. Learnt Many new things too from this video. What I think is, (semi) privatisation of anything is good. The people who are oppositing this step are just doing this for political motives and nothing else.

OPINION: Govt. is experimenting with the privatisation of 150 high speed trains to see, what's an outcome going to be, it's good to bring privatisation at some extent, where it requires. But Indian Railways shouldn't be completely privatised as Railways are the backbone of Indian's commutation. So privatisation is not the solution to the problem. Problem should be addressed by proper planning & policy implementation. Railways is meant to generate income & employment to the masses. So government should rejuvenate the ailing Railways.

Deere Deere sare train KO private kar Degi ye sarkar . Har sarkari chiz KO demolarized kar Rahi . Ex:- BSNL , Train etc. Sarkar Kis kaam Ki hai only jaatiwadi karne Ke liye?

According to me, privatisation leads to increase the fare of railway. The lower class people suffer from it, bcoz in India railway plays an important role in moving the people at a reasonable cost. If privatisation happen, Then the fare charges increase bcoz they make changes in the infrastructure pattern and improve its efficiency but it's leads to increase the charges and lower class can't afford the fare price.
