These are people like you who are filling people's minds with a stupid idea that SBI doesn't work but pvt banks like ICICI do. Have u ever tried to analyze the possible reasons behind this issue? Do u know the customer base of both the banks? Employees in SBI are dealing with a plethora of customers from all walks of life, from big corporates to street vendors. ICICI having MAB requirement of Rs 10,000 is itself selecting the customer base to be from at least upper middle-class. Even a single person can behave differently when dealing with merely 80 customers on one day and 800 on the other. Also, SBI employees are always under constant pressure from the govt authorities to contribute towards govt schemes. Eg. These days SBI is working really hard towards disbursement of loans to street vendors under pmsvanidhi scheme. And on a daily basis, a minimum of 30-40 files are being sent to SBI for same day sanction. Along with that they have to carry out general banking as well. ICICI on the other hand only has to deal with its day to day banking customers which are also very limited in no as compared to SBI. These are only two of the numerous reasons behind the issues. So plz stop judging and spreading nonsensical ideas about SBI.

@aparna I can understand ur problem every Words u mentioned that is absolutely ture , u in govt pressure, employees to work ratio is high , also work in rural areas but this is valid reason to put your frustration on common man for fair analysis u also look into ur own sytem ...u guys are not reachable for poor people when poor man asked something from u , u put many term condition, rules regulations with under table money but all this rules regulations, time line not work for rasukhdar one. U knw govt bank in debt due to Govt scheme and policies but this is not foult of common man. If u not agree then go in rural areas and just do a social experiment u find very horrible behaviour of sbi employees. I m not saying everyone some of them are simply good but mostly not

@@Manuacademy सर वैसे तो issues बहोत से है psbs के जिन्हे सरकार सुधारना ही नही चाहती है सारे समाज सेवी योजनाओं को सरकारी बैंकों पर थोप दिया जाता है जो की in the long run बैंको के npa बढा देते हैं ऊपर से सारे बड़े corporates को loan देने का pressure बनाके पहले बैंको से loan दिलाती है फिर जब वो loan recover नही होता क्योंकि रिकवरी policy हमेशा loose बनाई जाती है, तब सारी जिम्मेदारी बैंको पर थोप के बैंको को inefficient बोला जाता है ताकि बैंको को उन्हीं corporate defaulters को privatize करके बेचा जा सके। और रही customer सर्विस की बात तो बस इतना कहूंगा जब कोई नई branch खुलती है तब भी उतने ही employees वहां काम करते हैं जितना branch खुलने के कई सालों बाद भी। suppose शुरू में branch में 1000 बैंक account है 2 साल बाद 50000 account हो गए पर स्टाफ उतना ही रहा तो आप कैसे उम्मीद karenge की service timely मिलेगी। और भी बहोत बाते है यहाँ लिखना संभव नहीं है। बस इतना कहूंगा अगर सरकार ब्रांच लेवल के बैंकर्स की सुनने लगे तो कभी psbs घाटे में हो ही नही सकते। जनता बैंक वालो पर गुस्सा करती है पर शायद सरकार से यही सवाल पूछती तो अच्छा होता। pvt बैंक में गरीब लोग नही जाते वहा इतनी भीड़ नही होती और account भी 10000 rs से खुलता है। अंत मे ये कहूंगा कि psbs pvt से 100 गुना अच्छा कर सकता है।

@@Manuacademy sir आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दूं ज्यादातर psbs में अब branch के पास पावर नही रही loan sanction करने का। branch का बस इतना role रह गया है कि वो customer से सारे documents sign करवाये और उन्हें specialised branch के पास भेज दे जिन्हें loan processing centres बोलते हैं वो decide करते हैं कि loan देना है या नही। और चाहे सरकारी हो या pvt हर जगह कुछ log बुरे होते हैं। उम्र के पुराने employees से ही corruption और late काम करने की शिकायत ज्यादा मिलती है वो भी कम हो जाएगी। अब ज्यादातर बैंक्स में average age employees की below 40 हो गई है जो अपने काम मे 100% देने में तत्पर हैं। अगर आप most corrupt departments की chart check करेंगे तो banks को सबसे नीचे पाएंगे। banks least corrupt sector है। आपने efficiency के मामले में सरकारी बैंको का ही example दिया जो कि आपके लिए most convenient लगा क्योंकि लोग ज्यादातर बैंको छोटे कामो के लिए बहुत बार बैंक आते है खैर वो अलग बात है कि नेट बैंकिंग और banking apps से 80% काम किया जा सकता है घर बैठे ही। दूसरे विभागों की भी क्या मजबूरियां है ये तो उनको deeply analyse करने पर ही पता चलेगा। पर इतना कहूँगा कोई भी अपने institution को नीचे जाते हुए नही देखना चाहता है। शिकायतें बहुत हद तक दूर की जा सकती है अगर सरकार और management सही दिशा में कदम उठाये तो। privatisation सरकार को सबसे convenient लगता है क्योंकि govt corporates से ही चल रही है उन्हें फ़ेवर तो करेगी ही। सर मेरा intention आपको बुरा कहने का नही था। मैं एक बैंक employee हूँ और aajtk अपना 100% से ज्यादा दिया है और मेरे साथी young बैंकर्स भी करते हैं। इतनी मेहनत करने के बाद भी हमे बस सरकार और जनता से बुराइयां सुनने को मिलता है तो बहुत दुख और motivation down होता है। उम्मीद है आप बैंकर्स को समझेंगे।
