Privileged Communications | Section 125 to 129 (121-132) of Evidence Act | Witness | Law of Evidence

In my last session, i have discussed the first four sections related to Privileged Communication or Compellability of Witness i.e. Section 121 to 124. Here in this session, i have discussed the next 5 Sections i.e. Section 125 to 129. To understand complete concept, we need to study up to Section 132, which is covered in the playlist. The present discussion includes Chart, Illustrations, Case Laws. As Evidence Act is common among many nations, this can be referred by such students also. Hope helps.
