Ray..I grew up in Barclay Close, the first block..Tony Lawrence, was the father of my mate, Stephen...they lived in the second block, behind the first block (you know that, coz you went there, to see him)..Stephen was a good mate of mine, growing up..(and if you read this, God bless, Stevie).people don't realise what Fulham used to be like.. gangster alley, back in the day..the east end ,think they invented gangster London..Bindon was one of many, as you know..🧐

Very interesting about the Krays. I’ve always wondered why people put up with their paedo behaviour. I guess they were powerful and quite wealthy and the firm were all on good pensions- more than they’d get elsewhere. Foreman and his pals was going to do them out cos they were landing him in it all the time, not cos of their sexuality.

Just think your mate jimmy tippet let his son speak to Reggie kray when he was in prison and he asked him to send him a picture in speedos. Steve wraith used to speak to one of them and he said he wanted to take him on a cruise and he kept speaking to him. Sickeningly enough my dad got a teddy knitted for me from Ronnie when he was in Broadmoor when I was a baby🤮

To be fair, much is said about the krays after they have gone, not whilst they were alive. Bit cowardly in my book. Nobody made the people in the so called firm to stick around. If I'm totally honest, I'm from Stoke-on-Trent and the mining boys from around here would have eaten the so called London hard men for breakfast. No two ways about it.
