What you say is 100% true. I have benefited a lot by meditation. But people think starting meditation, immediately they will become saint. Definitely not. It will give you patience to accept things as it is. Thats all. It will take years to make you non emotional person.

One can learn in 3 sittings personally or virtually for 45 minutes. It's taught free of charge anywhere in India or abroad. You have explained referring movies and and actors. It makes it lively. Excellent, very useful. A big thank you for you I've started intermittent fasting 4wks ago and going on..16:8 hrs... have gone down to 82kg from 86kg... still a looong way to go to hit 55kg my ideal weight
