Sir I am 46 year old female. Thank you so much for your useful tips. Actually I tried many methods to loose my weight especially my belly but I gained only stress. This intermittent fasting method is stress free. I will follow this and reply to u after 6 months.

I have watched many of your videos and have started your fasting method but maintaining 12hrs itself is a challenge because sometimes i get tempted and eat when my kids order from outside But after seeing this video i have decided to follow 10 hrs eating window plan strictly for 3 months I will let you know the results after every month

உங்களுடைய வீடியோ பார்த்து IF இருந்து 96kg ல இருந்து இப்போ 75kg வந்திருக்கேன். என்னோட இலக்கு 65kg. IF இருந்த பிறகு நான் ரொம்ப ஆக்ட்டிவா இருக்கேன். எனக்கு நிறைய வித்தியாசம் தெரியுது. என்னோட உடம்பு குறையவே குறையாதுன்னு நினைச்சேன். இப்போ நம்பிக்கை வந்திருச்சு

I started Intermittent fasting on September 1 2023...Starting with 12:12 for 2 weeks..then continued 14:10 till now ..( december 11 2023 ) Day 1 : 93.95 kg Now after 3 months : 88.95 ...Lost 5 kg only with a IF ...no walk , no diet , Only cutted down coffee/tea/milk Going to include 10k daily and avoid junk foods , will update after 2 months 😊 Next update on : 26.2.2024 Today ( 28.2.24) checked my weight , it is 86.50 ...Lost 2.45 kg only in 2 months , bcoz followed only IF , walked 5k steps thrice a week , eating junk foods ( can't able to avoid completely ) ...This time have to follow seriously 😒 Totally lost 7.45 kg in 6 months 💪 Next update will be April 1st ( Target is 84 kg )

1. Find your eating window from sunrise to sunset 2. Frame your eating window to 12hrs 3. Be consistent everyday for 1 month and gradually reduce the eating window 4. On eating window , move on to healthy food options from bad food 5. Be Patient to see the results Minimum 3 months guarantee Anything except water is considered food

டாக்டர் சொல்வது உண்மை நான் பல வருடங்களாக உடல் எடையை குறைக்க பல விதமான உணவு முறைகளைப் பின்பற்றி வந்தேன். சப்பாத்தி மட்டுமே சாப்பிடுவேன் . ஜுஸ் மட்டுமே குடிப்பேன் ஆனால் முழுமையாக கடைப்பிடிக்க முடியாது. பிறகு டாக்டர் சொன்னது போல் காலை 9 மணி முதல் மாலை 6 மணி வரை உணவு எடுத்து கொள்கிறேன். முதலில் மிகவும் பசி எடுக்கும் பிறகு பழகி விடும். எனக்கு இரண்டு மாதங்களில் 5 கிலோ எடை குறைந்து உள்ளேன். நன்றி டாக்டர்🙏💕

எல்லாவிதமான சாப்பாடு ம் சாப்பிடலாம் 6 மணிக்கு பிறகு வேண்டாம் அடுத்த நாள் காலை 8 மணி முதல் உணவு சாப்பிட ஆரம்பிக்கலாம். முதலில் ரொம்ப கஷ்டம் பிறகு பழகி விடும். ஆனால் உடனே உடல் எடை குறையாது 2 மாதம் கழித்து பாருங்கள் கண்டிப்பாக பலன் கிடைக்கும். ஞாயிறு கிழமை மட்டும் நான் எனக்கு பிடித்த உணவாக இருந்தால் இரவு 8 மணிக்கு சாப்பிடுவேன்.

@@alexpandian5030 இன்று என் பக்கத்து வீட்டு அக்கா வை பார்க்க சென்றேன் அவர் 105 கிலோ எடை கொண்ட பெண் வயது 45 நான் பல முறை கூறி உள்ளேன் 6 மணிக்கு பிறகு சாப்பிட வேண்டுடாம் என்றும் உடல் எடை குறையும். அப்போது அவர் கேட்க வில்லை. போன வாரம் முதல் உடல் நிலை சரியில்லை டாக்டர் எடை குறைய சொல்லி உள்ளார் இன்று என்னிடம் எப்படி சாப்பிட வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டு உள்ளார். நமக்கு பிடித்த உணவை 6 மணிக்குள் சாப்பிட லாம். நம் காலம் இந்த பூமியில் இருக்கும் வரை . விசேஷ நாட்களில் இரவு சாப்பிட லாம்.

Out of curiosity I started listening to your talk and I must say that none of the famous dialogue delivery stalwarts in Tamil Screen can match either your fluency in speaking nor the subtle humour peppered in the entire talk. Beautifully articulated doctor! I have lost 14 kgs over 2 years but i was still struggling to fit into a proper diet routine to maintain my weight in a healthy way. Thank you so much for this video. It is very helpful to make people understand that going very harsh on food habits is not a good way to lose weight especially while you are starting it. The first step would be to give your body the time to digest that there is going to be a pattern change! I have seen a lot of my friends suddenly going from 5 meals a day to 2 meals a day and struggle neither come back to the old routine nor continue with 2 meals a day for a long time. Such a nice video I saw today❤❤❤

Doc, I am 36years male eggetarian who lives outside india for 4 months now, I always been over weight 86kg (Height 173cm) and I had started the intermittent fasting of 16:8 window. Here is my schedule, 12 noon I will have my First bite mostly a simple egg omelette and 2PM I will have my lunch (Decent Quantity) and 5PM one apple. Weekly 3-4 days I complete 10k steps with light HIIT. Night 8PM I will have light dinner. Between 8PM to next day 12 noon only water and sometimes black coffee without sugar. RESULT: you are right, consistency is key. In just 3 months I reduced 10kgs. I feel energetic and now I am used to this habit. Initially as you said I struggled to keep up this habit but now body is in my control. To encourage myself weekly once, preferably on Sunday I eat outside but within 1500 cal/ day so I keep motivated Hope this helps someone here

I have already followed this and got a very good result . As he said initially it was very tough . I started directly with 8hours eating window .. so it was tough for me at the beginning. But later body adjusted in such a way that I can survive with 6 hours window. Please try and get good result .

Hi sir you are the my best inspiration for my weight loss, my weight loss 81 kg to 65.5kg. 15.5kg weight loss for 4month,✌️✌️my eating window 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (5 hrs 30min)🙏🙏🙏

Without knowing TRF i have been following this for the past 10 years as i had acidity problem i stopped eating after 5pm and my acidity problem have gone.. but people around me think that i am spoiling my health as i am skipping dinner..now i have this video to share in my family group😃

Hi Dr Pal, I watched your video, 10 to 15 times, noted the points and started the fasting. My last meal everyday is 6.00 pm and first meal is at 10.00 am ,starting with a tea, 12.00 noon lunch and finishing my dinner at 6.00 pm. I feel very light ,started loosing weight. I'm 58 years old and a diabetic. Thank you so much Dr.

Doctor I started intermittent fasting by cutting off tea coffee from 4th April, eating time between 9am to 8 pm.. having light food at night show significant change in weight.. in 50 days my weight reduced 3.5 kgs..had overcome bloating problem, gas trouble, stress ..stomach circumference reduced by 3 inch. . Feeling light..first 15 days struggled a lot, now I'm enjoying..

Very informative sir. I am following intermittent fasting for past 5 months. I lost 12 kg. Now my BMI is normal. I have also cut down refined sugar, oil, maida by 90%. Low salt as well. Having only two meals a day aft 14 hr fast and aft 8 hrs. Nothing i have except water in between. No longer i have cravings or hunger pangs. Tummy have lost its sensitivity to feel overwhelmed with high calorie diet. I play 1 to 1.5 hours a day. I am 39 yrs old.

Therefore should be easily done but we made this habit of eating x3 n snacking ! Retraining the brain is what we need . We can do it .

Hi Dr pal. My hearty appreciation for these videos , especially your charity works. I recently was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis and developed SIRS ,had juandice ,mild kidney involvement. I was in hospital for 15 days and now am taking medicine for the same . I have HTN and hypothyroidism too. Can I follow this method along with my medications. Thanks for reading this message . Keep this great work going .

Hello doctor.i was 80 kgs .I never followed proper diet.but after seeing this video I followed intermittent fasting seriously..I started it on 10 th October..with in two months I lost 5 kgs..now I am 75 kgs..way more to go..this is all possible because of you . thank u so much.. intermittent fasting works me like a magic..thank u so much..still I have to lose 15 more kgs..I m very eager to update my wt loss ..thank u doc 🌷🎊🙏
