Wow, they really are beautiful colours!! But what if you wanted to add one of your own colour along with them? Don't all the pouring mediums have to match?

Thank you Joey. I have done other paintings that had different pm's in the paints and they were fine. I do think adding a bit of the varnish to the paints that don't have it, will help though. I have more experimenting to do.

I can’t find Artists Loft Flow Acrylics. Is Artists Loft Soft Body Acrylics the same? If not how do you make your base coat?

Hi Shelley. It is the same. Artist loft flow acrylics is now called Soft body.

For the base coat, I used a mixture of Liquitex basics Titanium white and Artist loft Flow Acrylic White. I mixed that with my regular pm. Which is 50% Liquitex pm, 40% Floetrol, 5% GAC800 and 5% water. The ratio is 1 part paint to 2 1/2 parts pm.
