I was going to ask the same question. If it's an open faucet that would be a waste of water. My water feature has a pump so it recirculates the water in the tank.

@@JapaneseGardenTV Cyrtomium fortunei? Thanks...the leaves looked extra long... perhaps it is a cultivar you have in Japan or the leaves grew longer than normal because there is less light where it is growing than normally needed 👍🏻
