Beautiful ❤ I would love to see the water system they used in this garden. Was it a recirculating water fall or is fresh water used and sent down the drain?

I was going to ask the same question. If it's an open faucet that would be a waste of water. My water feature has a pump so it recirculates the water in the tank.

In Japan, I think in most cases, the water is circulated. However, this time, for various reasons, the waterfall seems to flow only when welcoming people.
