Really enjoyed this series of videos. It was interesting to watch Dan having a day when it just wouldn’t quite go for him and how he kept going. As you’ve said before the more you play competitive golf the sharper your game will become

I have been lucky enough to play a few of the courses at Vilamoura and Algarve over the last several years. Played the Victoria off the back tees in 110 degrees in September. 2015 just about the time the European Tour were getting it set it up for the Portuguese Masters In my opinion it is the toughest course down there. I was off scratch at the time, shot 2 over and played the best golf I can remember playing for years just to shoot that. How Andy Sullivan shot 23 under a month later to win the Masters there I will never know. A different game for sure. I think 5 over is a very creditable score. It's much more tricky than it seems. Tough day Dan but that's golf as we know but there were touches of some class golf. The Victoria course certainly looks harder than the Old course at Dom Pedro - more sand and water and the greens looked pretty treacherous . Not as photogenic either but looked to be very well crafted. I would imagine that the front (Tourist) tees are much friendlier. Still, if -30 is doable off the back markers, it must be a fair test of golf. I was surprised at the lack of people - spectators, players etc (atmosphere) - around the place. Pro ams are usually very busy events. It looked like you guys were the only people on the golf course. I guess the editing process had something to do with that?

Great series of vlogs. Up and down Dan, unfortunately as you know, that's how it goes. On a positive note I reckon you should play either hungover or half p**sed 😂. Hi Wayne, it was really difficult to get the team side filmed, I was trying to compete myself in the event so wanted to showcase that. My plan next time is to focus on filming the team and not worry too much about my personal score. Probably could have done that on this trip 😂 but had to make a decision before we played the event. I’m not sure what I have said about ‘I’ in team because your the second comment on this but I can reassure everyone that I really do make sure my team has a great time whatever the golf may bring 👍

It’s a hard one Adrian, the biggest problem for me is between my ears. I would love to play golf without fear or nervous. I would enjoy it more and also play more freely. My iron play is average to poor, my wedge play needs work so those are the things technically I need to focus on 👍
