Pro Armor harness install on 2022 Polaris Rzr Pro XP 4 seater.

Installing four Pro Armor A114220 Black 4-Point Harnesses in the 2022 Polaris Rzr Pro XP 4 four seater.
Our Rzr Pro XP 4 is the sport model and came with the standard automotive style seatbelts. We wanted a better more secure 4 point harness style so we decided to go with the Pro Armor. I saw first hand how well they worked in a friends Rzr when he rolled his.
I purchased the Pro Armor harness and the seatbelt bypass from Amazon. I purchased them single because the total price was cheaper than buying the four pack. Here are the links below.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I just used every cuss word in my vocabulary. That front bolt was killing me. I even printed a return label for Amazon. Thought I would see if anyone had a video and boom there you were. Looks like I don't have to send them back.

Awesome, We love ours. Hope the video helps. I Highly recommend 4 point harnesses and I really like these ProArmor. I plan on doing more videos as we upgrade it. I think a stereo will be next.

You could have pass through the upper belts through de inside of the upper space on the seat, gets more comfortable and fits better.

I Did on the front seats but didn't want to pass through the back seats because you would have to unbolt anytime you needed to get to the engine.

Only critique I got for ya is the harness bolts you put in for the rear shoulder straps. Stainless is softer than most of your hardware. I’d run grade 8, grade 5 In a pinch. Those are softer typically than 5 but are still strong. Other than that, great video 👌

So glad it was helpful! Our girls wear helmets and goggles from TCMT. They have sets with really cute colors and patterns. Our girls both went with the pink butterfly set that also came with gloves. Great quality and the helmets are DOT certified.

Only info I know is of the recent stop ride recall where the fuel pump would start leaking and spray fuel on the exhaust manifold. We just had ours fixed under the recall they either replace the fuel pump or the entire tank depending on the inspection from a Polaris dealer. Also Polaris extended our warranty on it.

Nothing to be afraid of before you receive it they should do the recall on the fuel part that’s defective.

Depends on your own personal preference. I can I install most everything on these including my own stereo. I prefer getting a base model and adding aftermarket equipment. So in my case no I don’t feel the premium was worth it. You can get ride command on your phone or tablet. Now if you don’t want or know how to work on them then the extra options on the premium might be the way to go for you.

The two bolts I used on the top of the back seats were two M10-1.50 x 25mm long. Also used two M10-1.50 class 8 nylon lock nut. You will need two more just like the ones I mentioned to mount the bottom of the front straps. Hope this helps ya out

Ok, where did you attach the front seat upper belts? I saw you ran them over the bar but then where?

I attached them to the bar directly behind the seat. I slid them under and through the plastic piece that is attached to the bar. Then fed it back in the buckle to secure it.

Without cutting you have to remove the entire center console to get that one bolt out. Easier to cut and replace with a new one.
