I swear...when dancers or ballerinas try other types of workouts they always DIE compared to the average person because the quality of their movement is so high compared to others! I’m a dancer took a barre class with my friend and I couldn’t even walk down the stairs without pain for like 3 days in a row and she was totally fine 30 minutes after as a regular non dancer person...hahaha

I teach yoga and found the same thing: when dancers attended my classes, they moved, responded, and later reacted so much differently; I think it was because of their precision and body awareness!

@Christian Caymares what I mean is, dancers are already used to moving every single tiny muscle in their bodies because of their training, whereas the average non-dancer person may not be thinking or aware of particular muscle engagement. so when asked to do a simple movement in a barre class or yoga class, for example - a dancer will engage every muscle they are aware of because that’s what their bodies are trained to do, and a non-dancer might just do the physical bare minimum to be able to do the movement, because they are not as aware of certain muscle engagement. This causes simple repetitive movements to deliver much more of a workout to a dancer who is activating more of their muscle base vs. a non-dancer who may not be.

@@kiksocks12 im not sure about this. I studied at school exactly the opposite. As dancers are aware of their body so much more than non-dancer, they do not need to activate unnecessary mussels and therefore tothem, workouts should be LESS exhausting. that's what my professor said and what I observed as well.

I highly recommend Coach Kel’s classes. Her online studio especially has it all. She has an hour-long sculpting class in her online studio that I keep going back to because it fires up all my muscles. Her classes are challenging but always fun!

Coach Kel kicks my butt every time! I use her online studio and love the variations in workouts! She comes out with new stuff all the time! I lift weights a lot, but when I do her workouts it burns on a whole new level. Totally recommend!

Fit by Coach Kel is my absolute go-to! I love ALL her workouts. For anyone reading this, subscribe to her KZbin channel and you will not be disappointed! I discovered her pregnancy workouts when I was pregnant and my doctor didn’t allow me to do anything high impact. I’ve continued to do all her videos ever since. My muscles are so toned and lean, I feel incredibly strong, and I actually enjoy working out to her videos. She’s a game changer!!

Thanks for showing us so many classes. I personally follow Coach Kel. She is amazing! I started with her KZbin channel during the first lockdown. Now I have subscribed to her in-line studio. I have already done 50 workouts and I am never bored! You can feel that she likes teaching. New workouts are regularly posted. I am addicted!!!

I love Fit by Coach Kel!!! Absolute favourite. She makes me feel so good and I find myself simultaneously sweating/breathing hard and SMILING because it just feels so beautiful. Fitbycoachkel is hands down amazing! I have consistently worked out with her for 9 months and have lost 32 lbs and 9 inches on my waist, of course mindful eating goes along with workouts. I am so much stronger and healthier at 49 yrs old than I have ever been in my life. I am very relieved that she was just as well out of breath (ofc in her level of fitness) as I am when doing all sorts of similar workouts as someone who barely ever was close to being fit. It shows on the one hand that every workout has a reason to be there and on the other that it is not just hard because I am not fit but because I am actually working hard. Was a pleasure to see her again, I find her really authentic and lovely. 🤗 this video really encouraged me to get into workouts again myself, Covid really punched me out of my motivation because everything became so much more exhausting.
