pro basketball training with future NBA trainer // basketball move breakdowns + college vs. pro 1v1!

We are back with another offseason pro basketball workout! This time we are with up and coming trainer, Dante Lewis. Watch as Dante teaches a current professional overseas hooper and a current college hooper everything about FLOATERS and FINISHING THROUGH CONTACT. There are 10 teaching points before LIVE ACTION 1v1 between a current pro basketball player and a current college basketball player. I hope you guys enjoy this because I had a blast making it. Again, this is my way of finding a way to give back to the next generation of hoopers. The goals is to educate and inspire you guys to push harder and maximize your potential. Lets do it!!
