I recon the recipe has good bones overall. Actually, I would be VERY tempted to leave the hop schedule as is and simply reduce the grain-bill for say a 6% ABV? I'm thinking this could bring the bitterness forward for a better balanced beer... Just thinking out loud. Cheers

Yeah it very likely would tbh! Although my thinking is id love to double down on the hops and make it a double ipa hahaha
