Well there was a quick shot of a C Bear logo and I assume that is the bottom bracket on Hansen’s bike. I didn’t actually think they would pull the stock BB from the manufacturer in favour of an aftermarket part that nobody can see. That’s cool.

Ive been running midfoot and semi mid foot on my shoes now since 2010. Feels so much more natural on the climbs and in TT. I see Froome also a fan of slamming the cleats back. Hansen always thinking outside the status quo dogma box.

When I ride flats, my shoes gravitate to a mid-foot position, so I can certainly understand the pros fiddling with their cleat position.

It's a small 3d printed cover on the chainstay to prevent the carbon getting scratched when you drop a chain.

ITU has rules similar to ICU for bike and TT bike. Only some brands will let you use whatever frame you like.

6:30.. my chain dropped and went up into the frame chain-stay once while i was on the trainer. should I be concerned that my frame is damaged? I have a ridley NOAH.. it took all the paint off in that part.. I figured it was just the paint and things are fine.. but i never considered a guard to stop that from happening..

Interesting that the new wave of shoes is knitted fabric, soft, un-supportive, fashionable and Adam is using all carbon, super stiff which are lighter. Wonder if he will team up with a maker eg Bont to manufacture them. That Ridley looks great. nothing looks too aero or trick.

Hahah GCN cut him short at 16:17 as he don't like the disc thing, as much as the other guys don't. His face expression says it all 🙅
