Well there was a quick shot of a C Bear logo and I assume that is the bottom bracket on Hansen’s bike. I didn’t actually think they would pull the stock BB from the manufacturer in favour of an aftermarket part that nobody can see. That’s cool.

6:30.. my chain dropped and went up into the frame chain-stay once while i was on the trainer. should I be concerned that my frame is damaged? Ive been running midfoot and semi mid foot on my shoes now since 2010. Feels so much more natural on the climbs and in TT. I see Froome also a fan of slamming the cleats back. Hansen always thinking outside the status quo dogma box.

Interesting that the new wave of shoes is knitted fabric, soft, un-supportive, fashionable and Adam is using all carbon, super stiff which are lighter. Wonder if he will team up with a maker eg Bont to manufacture them. That Ridley looks great. nothing looks too aero or trick.
