What I find so phenomenal is that the majority of groups have the singers doing different choreo/moves when they have the focus, especially when they're hitting their high and/or sustained notes. Kihyun is so physically and musically stable that he does his choreography exactly like the other members while going HARD on the vocals. I came late to Monsta X via seeing Shownu on Hit the Stage, but then basically binged everything everywhere for them and got to know them. I'm not sure I have a bias, but I want to cook cook with Kihyun, chill and watch movies with Jooheon, eat with Shownu, and listen to music and read with I.M, in no particular order. My biases(I've never been able to choose just 1) are Kihyun and Joohoney, and my first song was Stuck. I had become a fan of Kpop back in 2017, and after already becoming a fan of 3 other groups(BTS, Got7, and Seventeen) I saw the video in my recommended and thought why not and watched it. I became a fan instantly, and almost 4 years later I'm still a monbebe.

My bias is Hyungwon. For me when I am choosing my bias I choose based on how much they make me laugh. So I watch a lot of funny videos of the group and one moment of Hyungwon just stuck with me and he became my bias. Jooheon (Joohoney) is my second favorite and in 3rd is I.M. I love the rappers in kpop groups.

Shownu's dancing never ceases to amaze me. He carries himself so well, his movements are so fluid and smooth and as strong/big he is, he is incredibly graceful. It's hard to watch everyone sometimes bc my eyes are always drawn to him. But all of Monsta X dance very well and they're so in sync with each other while having their own individual style/flair.

He's a total cheese baby and loves to do cutesy stuff, but his rap image is so opposite. He can also sing! Monsta X is such a PRO Performers. Like they do everything so well. My first bias is Shownu the Leader and the Main dancer.. and now all of them. The song made me into a Monbebe is Underwater. 🖤🎶👌

Unknowingly, my first monsta x experience was actually watching shownu swim on a korean variety show. The first song I ever heard was ‘Hero’ and my life LITERALLY changed after that. I discovered them and their music in August 2016 so in between the all in and fighter eras. Since day1, my bias has always been shownu but all members of MX have such unique personalities and are talented beyond belief. STAN MX EVERYONE

Thanks so much for this reaction, I am a fellow Monbebe. The first song of theirs I had on my playlist was “Hero,” and the rest is history. My bias is Jooheon and my bias wrecker is I.M. Hopefully I will get to see them in February when they tour the States. Sadly, it will be without Shownu since he is doing his military service now. I will check out your other MX reactions.

i guess technically, my first mx song was between “trespass” (debut) and “0 young” (predebut), but i didn’t become a monbebe until a year later with their comeback “all in”. my immediate bias, which never changed, was wonho. he didn’t have that bulk/muscle appeal before, he was just sweet and compassionate, and he was actually going to be the leader up until a day before debut. i binge watched all of monsta x’s eng subbed content on youtube that first month. wonho really attracted me. if wonho was no. 1 bias, hyungwon ended up being no. 1.2 over time. changkyun next. it shuffled that way after wonho left.

My biased is Wonho, I happened to stumble across his Open Minds clips on TIkTok and I gotta say after watching that video I was like...who is this MAN where is he from?! I got into MonstaX and went down the Monbebe rabbit hole. Each one of these 7 members have wrecked me hard! Then I started to get biased wrecked by Shownu because, well his voice, his smooth dancing, his demeanor, his everything! Then I started getting biased wrecked by Jooheon because, his powerful rapping, his energy, his charisma, his musicality. Then there's Kihyun...he has got to be thee best power vocals in K-pop right now! His smile, how he is so attentive to Monbebe and the members. Then there's Minhyuk, he is thee most extroverted, funny, idol out here! I love his positive, extra energy and his facial expressions are the best! And Hyungwon, he is tall, handsome, I love his low singing tone, he DJ's and looks so beautiful. I believe he is world wide handsome! Last but not lease Changkyun aka IM. His rapping voice and flow are so smooth, his non-cholent demeanor is so attractive yet he can be so sweet. I started with Wonho then ended up falling in love with all 7 members!

my first monsta x song was their debut song "trespass" and i have been a joohoney and kihyun stan since! oftentimes the others wreck my bias list so it almost doesn't feel right to say i am a kihyun and jooheon stan when shownu, wonho, minhyuk, hyungwon, and changkyun are lurking around trying to win over my heart lmao. back in 2015 i fell for jooheon when he said "excuse my charisma" and i've been blown away by him ever since. kihyun was a bias wrecker from the get-go but i never really considered him my ult bias alongside our honey until i heard "lost in the dream". his singing gave me chills that time and i haven't looked back since. if you haven't checked that song out yet i highly highly highly recommend that one! i swear that song and their "stuck" era where he had an undercut was when kihyun's stans were formed lmao.

My bias is now ... Monsta X, which includes Wonho. 'Dramarama' and 'Jealousy' had been on my playlist but hadn't really looked into them until 'Shootout'. I know what you mean. First, I thought that Shownu was the most handsome one in the band, but then I realised that Minhyuk is not only handsome, but has got that "extra" in his eyes. And then there is I.M with his smart eyes and attitude that you are drawn to. All of the members are so talented. Hard to pick a bias.

I can't choose one bias so I have Minhyuk for vocals and I.M for rapping 💙💜 My first song was Shoot Out. In 2019 I found a website that lets you listen to just about any radio station from around the world and I wanted something non-English to put on while studying and funnily enough it was a Japanese station but played some KPop as well. Whenever they would play Shoot Out I found myself singing along to the chorus and not being able to focus anyway but I didn't look into the group behind the song until September 2021, probably about a week after they dropped One Day. I didn't even realize that I had heard Shine Forever, X-Phenomenon, and Livin' It Up already too. Fell hard and fast into the fandom and been trying to catch up on 6 years of material as well as keep up with 2 comebacks. Shouldn't joined in 2019 🙃
