Dust upon the Fork pipes must be wiped in 7-10 days and oil must be changed every 3 years. Fork life will be greatly enhanced and it will work buttrr smooth. I own a Pulsar 180 2012 model. Still no fork oil leaked. As rear suspensions are Gas filled, bike suspensions work awesome. 👍

Thanks for superb video quality and in detailed manner as expected from The Sportztourer. wish we had a workshop like leaded care in our area. My Suspension capnuts have big scratch marks which pains my heart every time i see them. My RTR 200s fork seals were replaced last year TVS workshop guy used only 175 ml fork oil per fork I showed him Manual he said Quantity mwntioned in Manual is cobined for both forks.

Hello, Just came back from the service center where they advised to simply replace the front forks which has developed rusting spots on my apache 200 4v. Each one costs 3200rs. There is oil leakage coz of it. I need a much cheaper solution. Is there a way to polish and smoothen out the fork surface ? Do you know anyone who faces a similar problem ? Please do check in your network. I simply cant afford any major expenses at this point.

Just use them if they're in a decent condition and can be used, don't damage them, will be fatal to drive with if you do any of the methods you said, Just use them till they last and whenever you get the chance replace them.

Hi bro. Recently done the same job for my fz. Each fork was filled with 450 ml of fork oil ( 459 ml in user manual ) and the fork springs also were new, bt it gets bottom out in hard braking conditions. Could u tell me why???
