It's a matter of fact Heinz "Tomato Sauce" contains legal amounts of Insects and bugs, it's legal according to food regulations, so maybe not 100% Vegan.

Yass been hoping for a Veganuary challenge! Kudos for your open mind...I've been vegetarian for 25 years and vegan for just over a year and still make mistakes (accidentally bought dairy cream cheese the other day!). Leah, what a great job of selling Vegan food. Here in Missouri, a "fake" burger pattie is twice the cost of top quality ground beef. Health wise it's excellent, cost wise, it's a lot more expensive. Thanks, I always enjoy your videos. Papa Bob in MO.

My grandmother was vegetarian or as much as she could be in the first part of the last century. She had some type of canned soy meat that was brutal. She would be delighted with today's delicious vegetarian options.

A fab video yet again Leah, thank you :) I love the way you always give an honest appraisal of all the food you eat too. I'm most definitely not vegan but it did all look tasty, it's obviously come on leaps and bounds from the early days of veganism where the image of the food is bland and boring. There was a lot of bread and pastry there, plus the huge filled kebabs, so it's not surprising it filled you up.....by the way, i didn't notice the disappearing smoked sausage. Wow! Awesome seeing you do a vegan challenge. I’m actually vegan. Let me know if you have any vegan questions. FYI, ketchup is naturally vegan-friendly. Most bread is vegan-friendly too unless it’s a weird fancy bread (egg bread). Eating vegan is actually super easy, I like the food better and it reduces animal suffering. Everyone loves animals, right?! Great video! ✌️❤️🏆

Thank you!! well, I found when i read a lot of bread labels there is some form of milk powder/egg white powder in it so i did have to scout around for the bread. With the ketchup, I did read the heinz label and seemed fine BUT it didnt say vegan friendly so i was suspish..
