Even then it was a close match and I think there will almost certainly be a Pt. 2 for another birthday gift in the future. when i play i take like two boars ... when pros play they take like 10 and suddenly have 10000000 villagers and a full working eco, while scouting with 20 sheep ... i mean i know how they do it but it still surprises me every time

Combine this with your modded civ series. Play these guys again but now you get to pick the civ bonuses you want to combine to try and take them down. It’s be interesting to hear you talk through what bonuses you pick and why. More interesting than a handicap.

@hera it would be fun if you go burmese at some point and try to win with their unique unit + spears because their spearman line high damage is effective against non-cavs too. i say that because i feel like burmese unique unit is actually stronger vs lower elo players than higher elo "cuz they always cluster everything"

yo hera! been loving the content. have you ever wondered why the cuman tech tree doesnt tell you that you need a blacksmith to make a siege workshop? Kinda wonky! EDIT --- found the req in the blacksmith building, pretty confusing and not noob friendly :(

I'm at beginning of vid atm but there's no freaking way you can beat them in a 1v5... They can coordinate and ping early game where you are, and wall you or lame you, etc. For you to win this game you would have to be super human or godlike at AoE2

Honestly you hard a pretty bad early game, then you scaled well but slowed down in castle age, you had to spam earlier your huskarls and raid more of them and you would have been fine, and also you got squished and lacked space from the castle age on, NGL still a real golden game from you, i would have been dead in feodal age like 25 times Also they did do some damage to you in feodal which you seemed to not notice much, but im just guessing the handicap was filling that damage...

I love these games but the 5v1 games aren’t good, it’s just too many guys. Even if they are noobs. I’m 1300 if I were to play against you I would just bring my 1600 buddy, 2v1 is the way to go😂
