This song continues the trend of getting guest composers for event music, like Lappy with this one. They've done this a fair few times, like with Kirara Magic composing Effervescence for So Long Adele and the lobby theme for Here A People Sows. Guest composers crop up now and then all over Arknight's soundtrack since launch and it's always a joy as it's led to Arknight's having a wildly varying soundtrack with many, MANY different styles.

For those who want some background: The Witch King is a monsterous figure that once ruled his nation (a Prussian Empire expy), and in his nation, music and magic powers are closely intertwined, and he is both a master musician, composer, and magic user. Unfortunately, not only is his powers god tier, so is his ego, and he basically subjected his nation to a form of tyranny not unlike that of Stalin, Mao, or Hitler. Even long after his defeat, he is still viewed with fear, with people speaking of him in hushed whispers, and there still remains loyalists trying to revive his legacy, or recreate him. And, spoiler warning: His death was... greatly exaggerated. Surprise Witch King jumpscare!

@@Laeshen I'd love for people to be as honest as you when talking politics and said directly "I wouldn't care about the death of millions of people because people quality of life rose", even if in countries that didn't murdered million of their own people the quality of life rose to an even bigger degree essentially showing that quality of life rose BESIDES a bloody leader instead of BACAUSE of.

@@souckz I understand your point, but isn't it extremely unfair to say that the only countries which grew to the extent which China and the USSR did, had not done equally horrible acts? i.e slavery, colonialism, brutal repression of worker's rights, etc. On top of that, I'd argue the "quality of life rising to an even bigger degree" is not entirely true. Soviet citizens, for one, had around the same work week length, slightly less nutrition (deficit of around 150-200 calories), more worker's rights (in the form of worker councils), more safety nets (free healthcare, annual leave, etc.) Not saying that the starvation of millions was justified, but saying that these other capitalistic-mode-of-production nations having signficantly larger boosts in quality of life without any bloodshed is innacurate, to say to the least.

A friend of mine put it as 'The best part of not leaning too heavily towards one side or another is that I can take the good shit everyone else has and get good ideas out of them.' Acknowledging the good and the bad is important, but people seem to lean too heavily on going with one and damning another without considering anything that might violate the black and white.

This isn't the boss theme unfortunately but in this event main key is to interrupt enemy's tempo.If you were to let them get the right tempo you're bound to have a hard time.And that's also why this music have two mood.
