Pro-Palestinian student protests erupt across NYC

Several faculty members at NYU, as well as some students, were led away in handcuffs Monday night, one of several pro-Palestinian protests happening at college campuses throughout NYC that ended with police getting involved. FOX 5 NY's Briella Tomassetti has the latest.

Man, just make the faces of these students public (without masks covering their faces) - so future companies know whom to avoid when hiring. Students - your opinion matters but you must not cause disruption on college campuses. Also if you are demanding that your universities stop doing business with anything Israel, there are many in the country who would say the same - we don't want to fund universities that give scholarships to students who say 'we are hamas' or are pro-palestine. Why should federal grant be received and scholarships be given out of our tax money to students who are clearly antisemetic. Free speech goes both ways - we too want federal government to give our tax dollars to universities that have non desruptive kids. And I want to ask these students why they said nothing on Oct7th when Hamas started this war. Also why they didn't protest against Russia where most of Ukranian people have been displaced because of the war there. This is clearly Hamas funded protest. If these protest was genuine these students would have protested against Russsia, against Hamas for invading Israel, killing people, kidnapping kids,women and men and starting this war. And when something like this happens in other countries US is first to condemn it, why are our elected leaders tolerating this when it is happening in USA.
