To be fair he is much more of a professional Reactor these days. Not many of his videos are really about singing or playing music or like anything more complex than "I like this song", "She got such a nice voice" or "Oh this does sound like xyz". So I do think it is kind of a joke calling him a professional singer. He for sure got more musical talent and knowledge than the average person but he bearly does anything with it. If 90% of your content is watching and talking about video/audio clips then you are a "Professional KZbin Reactor".
