I save his videos for after work. Go park up at a spot, and his shit get me hyped to go skate, every night it doesn't rain. Honestly, I'm in the best shape I've been in like 6 years, and a lot of that thanks goes to Dan and his daily posts.

10:35 Brent's wheel getting hung on the rail scared the _ _ _ _ out of me. What do you do to minimize that from happening? Serious question, because I'm closer to getting to that level. Well okay, far from that level, but still closer :)
@zeustrys27106 ай бұрын
You can walk up to whatever rail you’re skating first and try to put it in that position before you go at it, if it does then that’s up to you to aim your board where it should go or don’t skate it at all if you’re scared of it happening , come back with bigger/smaller wheels and or different sized trucks to eliminate that from happening. I see a lot of people get bodied from just rolling up to the spot and trying whatever without scoping it out first, not to say their in the wrong for just getting at it but if you don’t want to get bodied then at least try whatever your thinking with your hands on the board simulating same pressure, youll see other pros doing it Andy Anderson comes to mind immediately, hope that helps m8!

At like 6:30 there's some crazy alien shit going on in the sky behind u. On a slightly less lunar note I think Matt is not necessarily hitting the rail way earlier than he needs , I think he more than just wanting the shot or a weak land wants and or loves to sk8 , getting the full feel and pushing each run or trick to get everything he can put of it . I relate I feel wanting to push it farther and farther because doing the trick is all good but how much can u spice it up . Pushing or wanting sub consciousnesly to make maybe a typical truck with a lil different flare to a major maneuver that is difficult to replicate especially when most others just take the lazy route. He has a deep drive all for and by himself that's obvious and makes him stand out.

Dan, what’s your diet like man? You’re lacking copper. You should supplement copper so it slows all that grey. But you should really check your diet closely and tune it up man. I know before you had some teeth issues which is also an indication of poor metabolic health and insulin issues. Now with the veneers you’re not gonna have that as an indicator to change something. And, “bad teeth”, aren’t genetic. Only thing genetic are habits and a proclivity toward developing one. If you don’t develop bad habits then you’ll get completely different outcomes than anyone being blamed for your genes. Something is leeching copper from you, or your not getting enough in diet to be sufficient. You should really look at cutting all seed oils and vegetable oils from diet as a start. Then dump all processed foods. Then dump the sugars and carbs. If you need sugar and carbs, natural organic fruit only that you eat whole. Get a good butter and start eating red meat, it’s the fastest way to replenish a deficient body, slow aging, and turn off inflammatory responses. Something is stressing your body man…my guess you’re getting too much seed and vegetable oils and they’re causing internal, chronic, low level acidosis.
@alexweitkamp71896 ай бұрын
Totally a comment he was looking for when he posted this video of skateboarding 😂 What a gnarly comment gotta love the Internet. I wonder if he walks around in public and gives health advice when he sees people that he thinks are deficient.
@mikeuptegrove6 ай бұрын
@@alexweitkamp7189 yeah, I’m sure he doesn’t care about his health any. And you’re right, why should anyone watching and observing his videos try to help him identify his health issues when they don’t have to do with his skating? What are other skaters for…certainly not for caring about others. You’re right. Hopefully Dan isn’t too upset that someone with knowledge in a separate area is trying to help him.
