This is so useful. Thank you very much! I started finger strength with less than a year of climbing and... I think I'm gonna leave it for now. The idea of getting an injury that take me out of the climbing gym for months... is terryfing

The reason he recommends 1-Pad-edges is, that only our Flexor digitorum profundus muscle actually connects to the distal phalanx. Our training needs to be focused around that, if we are proficient enough to grip those holds. The Rest is decent information.

6 weeks into climbing and can do 5x2 finger on each hand pullups fairly easy wondering if i should start to add this in or not...

Which 1 board would you recommend for begginer all the way to expert/pro? Trango Prodigy, Beastmaker 1000/2000 or Metolious Simulator 3D??
