The game is not very glitchy nowadays, sure servers still suck so you may suffer some rubber banding or hits not registering at times but in terms of actual recreatable bugs like this a lot has been ironed out over the years, this glitch will most definitely be patched too now that it's been brought to attention.

Remember Guys, it doesn't matter if _you_ consider it cheating or not. If the event organizer says an exploit is banned, then it's banned. End of Story. It’s most likely ps5 with graphics setting set to prioritize graphics. Puts the game at 4k 60fps instead of 1080p 120fps. The quality varies based on location and action happening in the game but it’s pretty decent.
