I absolutely Love your Go-Bike it’s awesome I’ve got a fully custom Gsr sport with a zenoah g340 red arrow long block cases stuffed/flowed built by Perkins porting & I have a custom built Gsr46 Y frame with all the goodies I’m saving for a Ts casereed 470 for it, I’m in the UK & trying to get a GO-Bike frame to build but I only know of 2 & my pals own them & they’ve put like £2.5k into them & won’t sell

Yeah they're definitely a dying breed, there's quite a few still left in the states. I'm sure there's a Facebook group still floating around for go-peds. Might find one there.

@usrocket Well, you can always get a dominator. Smooth powerband, good power. Umm, and like I mentioned, if you can get your hands on a pacsales pipe, that's good also.

@usrocket This is how it works. The bigger the front pinion is, the more top speed you'll be able to reach with the result of less acceleration. For the rear sprocket (one on wheel), the larger it is, the more acceleration you'll have. So, if you go with something smaller, you'd be aiming for higher speeds. But you can only gear it so tall to where you'll be able to accelerate and get enough RPM's to actually have a nice top speed. That's why I'm saying 9/68 or even 8/68 would be just fine.

@usrocket Nope, pacsales 46. They usually have a silencer on them from brand new. But it's gonna be tough finding one.
@Wafflebrah2113 жыл бұрын
@usrocket with 7/68 no. Maybe 8/68 and with a better pipe than the jetpro and some portwork... but if you want to put a 460 engine on this frame, you'd need a toymaker adapter plate. Which aren't easy to come by.

@usrocket Oh yeah I love it! Very comfy ride. And right now, mid 30's cause of the gear ratio. Can go much much faster though.

@usrocket Better off scanning craigslist for gopeds and seeing what parts you need from them and stuff. Or looking on gpn

@usrocket Lol no problem dude... Being that you live in florida, my advice will be to steer clear of the Rhino, unless you like low-midrange power at the tip of your fingers. It'll get you out of the hole quicker but once you reach the top RPM's, it's not revving any higher. That's why I don't use it.

I bought the toy maker plate that goes under the engine so do you think it can still need the rubber under the plate?
@Wafflebrah2113 жыл бұрын
@usrocket It can go a shitload faster than it's set up to go right now, I could tell you that. Sitting at 35-36 with the current gear set up, which was meant for great take off and decent top speed.

@usrocket You can leave it original as it's a good balance for the front. But if you don't care about low end, put on a 68t and just run 8 or 9/68
@Wafflebrah2113 жыл бұрын
@usrocket -- you can get the sprockets at ddmracing . com -- the front one is really the only one you need to change. I'd get a 8 or 9tooth in there for more top speed. You'll lose acceleration but the top speed makes up for it.

@usrocket To cruise with, definitely.

Hey bro I have a gobike as well I put a 460 and a jetpro rhino pipe but it vibrates alot when I'm riding, do you know what can the problem be
@Wafflebrah216 жыл бұрын
G Munguia you could try putting some rubber grommets under the engine to help dampen the engine

@usrocket Top end speed. And the Rhino doesn't give me it. It's extremely flat up top. That's useless for me. That's why I don't kiss ass to Jet pro and their pipes.
