EDC23, EDc25, EDc29, P series, all can do instant strobe

​@@NitecoreSGNitecore P series can only do instant strobe when the light is switched off. When the light was already on, you need three mode button presses to activate Strobe, not exactly useful in a stressful situation. Nitecore MH is even worse, you need to press two buttons at the same time.
