Please!!!! I can’t figure out how to play. DVD even though it is equipped. There is NO source of disc option even though the blue light is on recognizing a dvd has been inserted!!!!!

This is a wide spread issue in the ‘22 model. Make sure you’re software is up to date, then do a reset on both screens in the back

I have the overhead dvd player can I connect my Samsung phone to it and stream from phone to that screen?

Just sat in the garage with our brand new 2022 trying to figure this out for an hour. What a nightmare. If our neighbors across the street would have looked out their window they were probably thinking “hey, if you want to end it, you need to close the garage door.” You would think if you popped in a DVD it would just play. And we haven’t even gotten to the streaming stuff!

can you use 2 DVD’s at the same time? I know you can play 2 movie mpg files from the same usb, one on each screen. But does the dvd player hold 2 dvd’s?

One more question. I have 7 inch screen not 8.4 inch screen. So does this dvd player works on this 7 inch uconnect?

Our pacifica uconnect system always plays the director narrated side of DVDs. Drives us nuts. There is no menu option on the screen to select the standard video play. Also, you cannot move the audio to the back speakers without turning off uconnect and going to radio mode. We've had a lot of trouble with the system. It's up to date software too.

Today i got this same DVD player delivered. It has below and not sure how to connect and this is compatible with my 7 inch radio ? Any help ? On main unit -------- 1. 16 pin socket and I see four wires are connected one red which is 12v power I guess , one black May be ground and one white and one white with gray stripe . 2. Mini usb On usb section -------/ 3. 3 pin with red, pink, black wires 4. Mini usb

In order to stream video on your UConnect Theatre system you'll want to pair your phone or tablet to the vehicle and then select "screen mirror" on the seat back DVD screens in the drop down menu labeled "source". Then you can screen mirror any show or movie for anyone else to watch!

Apple devices aren’t supported for screen mirror. Must use HDMI adapter
