How do you calculate the amount of dowels required per side? Any rule of thumb? Thanks.

I have the same jig and my most concern is it's accuracy. Each time although I try to set it up very precisely and clamp the jig when boring, sheets don't align. It's so annoying. Do you have similar issues or you managed to deal with the problem somehow?

If you're using same drill bits with centering tips, should not be the issue. You're doing smth wrong or not precisely enough. The jig itself is pretty accurate, unless you have some low quality version.

Why you start using AI voice? 😢. The old video with your voice where more charismatic, more entertaining, more real...

I discover your channel when you had a different name for it. I personally dont like the voiceover, a bit robotic, a bit AI. I hope the only reason you do it is to save time? As I prefer your voice, the use of AI makes me think the content is not worth it. Really good tips though.

One man’s meat is another man’s poison. I was just thinking how much I’m enjoying the commentator’s delivery compared to a lot of the gushing tone of many (often American) DIYers. Maybe it’s because I’m British and we tend to be more understated.
