What if the pier height is different by 1/4 to 1/2” on some piers. Does that make a difference if the post are still level before the beam?

The screws are just to attach the tube to the base. It doesnt matter if they rust..its a concrete post.

What PSI concrete do you recommend for vertical form tube piers? I'm using (9) 10" piers for a 12 x 16 storage shed that is on unlevel ground. Thanks.

All depends on the load they're supporting, but we always go as strong as possible Give the 5000 Plus a go!

Wouldn't it be easier to level off a factory cut on the "Sonotube"? How do you ensure you get a good, level cut at the top with your technique?

Line level (aka. string tied between two stakes) is going to be your best friend here!

@@SakreteOfficialI made a larger footing between two posts with 12mm rebar also with 3 pieces of rebar vertically for each post to keep the vertical posts located. 👍😆 overkill or call an engineer for smaller jobs.
