But I don't expect to see Eastman go to jail. I would be surprised if it happens.

I can't remember the last time I watched 60 Minutes, probably as a teen in my parent's house. As I watched the segment with Eastman, it surprised me, considering current affairs, that I was still able to sense that bygone aura of integrity, dignity & importance the hosts conveyed back then while interviewing even the worst of the worst "guests" on the program. Eastman, on the other hand, gave added meaning to "unmitigated gall," "arrogance" "deception" & "fraud."

This case involved Phillip Turner vs Lt. Driver. He won this case and for the first time in the 5th circuit jurisdiction(Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi) people are allowed to photograph or videotape police or any public place which is not restricted to the general public.

The vast majority of us do our jobs honorably and honestly, and take seriously the code of ethics that governs all attorneys (not to mention the law).
