This song never plays in-game, it was released to get people hyped for a new planet in version 2.0 of Star Rail. We're actually about to start another new planet and version 3.0 (it comes out tomorrow), but the preview song isn't this cool IMO. There's also a version of White Night that uses the game characters, and I prefer that one to the live action.
