Will this clutch kit y’all installed on the secondary help belt slipping in general I have 2021 rzr turbo s and I’ve blown through probably 6 belts every ride I go on broken in the belts easy and did everything as they said to break them in still blows them or starts slipping like crazy would y’all recommend one of AAs clutch’s to help prevent blowing the belts every ride

Just finished the last steps of AA clutching and Stage 4 tune on my Pro XP4, still running into belt slip with a Gates Redline (has been amazing on jy other machines), and noticed my top speed hasn't changed from stock. Running 32" Cryptids. Acceleration is insane, but no improvement to top speed. Question is, what RPM amd top speed are you guys hitting with your setups?

FYI with the aa kit a stock belt will slip. I talked with them and they said they tuned the clutching to match their own belt which is a little "stickier" than the stock belt. After I put one of their belt on I have never had a slipping issue since. Great products.

I just ordered a primary heavy duty clutch from AA for my 21 xpt a couple days ago. I sent them an email letting them know dirt dudes is the reason I’ve been buying their stuff and that hopefully they will give you guys credit for my order. I put a AFTERMARKET ASSASSINS cold air intake on my x3, keeps the dust out, very good product! little tip for putting on charge tubes, use hair spray, it works really well and seals it to.

When I done mine I didn’t get the back plate that goes above the exhaust. Also they didn’t have the washers that goes inside the helix. AA made some nice improvements.

The plate helps clean up the look a lot. Luci runs the butter washer also and it definitely helps. Jake’s clutches right now are butter smooth

i saw a vid like this and the custome was mad because the chrage tube could mess up ur RZR xp becuse it was not tune and he called after market assanins and they said that he didnt need one but he took it to the dealership because it wasnt working properly and it turn out he did need a tune and it made costly dameges to his RZR XP 2022

I thought you had to tighten head bolts or switch to studs in order to run the higher boost of the stages 4-6 tunes from AA? That's why I stuck with stage 3.

You do need to tighten the heads studs. We haven’t went to stages 4-6 yet. Tightening head studs soon

It’s easy to work accept for removing that dam oil filter. Trust me it can be a bitch. Other than that been there done that one stage 3. I haven’t done the J tube and catch can yet. Jake’s gonna love it. Stage 3 really wakes the machine up.

Try some alignment shims on the secondary, they stopped my secondary from spinning like that with an aftermarket belt.

There is no way that can be dependable putting out that much horsepower with a 1000cc engine

The machine stock is 181hp. It’s not that crazy of a jump for turbo charged motor. We have thousands of miles of testing it.

It’s a 925 cc engine and it’ll handle that easily
