I only need timecode sync from all these features. I would be content with atomx sync but I can’t find it! Do I have to pay more than double for getting timecode sync with other cameras connected to an ultrasync blue(Z9) and sound from zoom f6? Is there any other solution? Why did atomos stop making the atomx sync???

I'm in the same position with the atomx sdi module. Also frustratingly discontinued. This thing is completely different, the footage offload feature is pointless for my uses. They should have kept making the smaller modules. Ultimately, I will at some point have to just switch to smallHD or something more professional, supported and reliable.

Would you be able to connect an atomos connect to another atomos connect, furthermore if you had two cameras equipped with atomos connects could you have a receiver atomos connect unit that could switch between the two cameras?

*A lot of unanswered questions for me........1. I need the Atomos Connect product to slap on the back of my standard Ninja V Record Monitor to live stream Church services via RTMP to FaceBook Live. Do I need a special Atomos Frame I/O Paid account just to do this, or can I go straight to Facebook Live via local in house WiFi from the Atomos Connect Device ? 2. In shooting in Camera to Cloud Mode, is there some process whereby I can perform a match back edit to 4K from the recorded internal Ninja V files in my recorder once the generated live HD files have been edited on an Avid Media Composer Timeline ? 3. Camera to Cloud files need to have at least the same higher resolution upload option (LIVE) as what the Ninja V Recorder is capturing (4K) ? HD is desirable for a live stream, but entirely inappropriate for an edited and completed production. Is there any way to do this with the Atomos Connect Device in 2024 ?*

Does it let you stream a graded log image with a lut or do you need to stream in standard like the Zato connect?

I only care about local monitoring / on set monitoring with minimal latency- by linking two atomos screens with the connect 😍 If they allow it, it would be a gamechanger. I love my Ninja v+

Sorry for being late to the party, but a follow-up on this would be great. I've had the Ninjas for a while and while the Xcast (or NinjaCast) showed great promise, it falls short because of a lack of connectivity. Then there's the Connect, but without the features of the Cast. And, lastly, the Zato, which seems not much more than a (very) pale version of a Yolobox. Had Atomos combined the Cast and the Connect, or at least put some of the Connect features into the Cast, then added a few of the software features from the Yolo, they might have knocked it out of the park for streaming. As it stands, everything (still) feels half-baked and the reviews I've seen from purchasers aren't terribly positive. I tried my best to figure out how to put together an all-in-one streaming setup using a Ninja and finally gave up. Solution: Yolobox.

Huh I am not sure 🤔 f you saw the Atomos connect for ninja dropped from $299,00 to $99.00 to $50.00 in many places one big failed even the Shogun 7” recorder is under $800 from $999.00 there are so many companies out there that soon will kill Atomos price wise and quality wise they are going down the drain I see reviews for the Atomos connect for the Ninja V Plus and all the ninjas at 1 out of hundreds puts a positive review all are negative that says that it’s not working at all soon they will go under what happened to all the millions that paid $299.00 they are it big times
