Thank you for bringing this important topic to light.It has come to my attention that Real estate agents have no comprehensive knowledge pertaining to the true material nature of their “product”, their service or the commissioning contracts they’re promoting. Furthermore, as so-called professional it’s they’re fiduciary duty to fully comprehend their product, service and disclose without being intentionally obtuse deceptive & evasive. Standards need to be revised. Estate ‘trust law’; family & probate is the fundamentals supporting all contracts thereby derived. All titles pass lawfully through family/probate. Most Real estate agents are grossly incompetent, intentionally deceptive or both. I’m having a hard time locating one in north west New Jersey...any suggestions.
