Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
29 CFR Part 32 - NONDISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF HANDICAP IN PROGRAMS OR ACTIVITIES RECEIVING FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
§ 32.8 Notice.
(a) A recipient, other than a small recipient, shall take appropriate initial and continuing steps to notify participants, beneficiaries, referral sources, applicants, and employees, including those with impaired vision or hearing, and unions or professional organizations which have collective bargaining or professional agreements with the recipient, that it does not discriminate on the basis of handicap in violation of section 504 and of this part. The notification shall state, where appropriate, that the recipient does not discriminate in the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs or activities. The notification shall also include an identification of the responsible employee designated pursuant to § 32.7. A recipient shall make the initial notifications required by this paragraph within 90 days of the effective date of this part. Methods of initial and continuing notification may include the posting of notices, publication in newspapers and magazines, placement of notices in recipient's publications, and distribution of memoranda or other written communications.
(b) If a recipient publishes or uses recruitment materials or publications containing general information that it makes available to participants, beneficiaries, applicants, or employees, it shall include in those materials or publications a statement of the policy described in paragraph (a) of this section. A recipient may meet the requirement of this paragraph either by including appropriate inserts in existing materials and publications or by revising and reprinting the materials and publications.

Wow I’m in Kansas now but I’m from Lynn haven bay county area. Mr Doll was the most professional public employee I’ve seen in all the videos I’ve watched for over 13 yrs on KZbin. Way to make bay county look good! He was amazing!

Does your phone have an automated QR reader? That would allow signs and public info links be accessible as you walk past. If not it would be good if like a t loop for hearing, they had an open wifi router. So when you come in range it will bring up an accessible webpage instead of the normal login page.

Blind Justice I have all the respect in the world for you. I only wish I lived closer so I could help you with any legal issue. Rogue Nation is old, UN-educated and obese. If he walked into my office I would kindly ask him to leave. Respect is a special thing because it starts with one's self. Its not hard to eat right and exercise, its even easier to do so if you out playing frauditor. But representing a client that no jury will ever have respect for is a fast way to blow a case and your credibility.
