@@haineshisway 1. The playlist runs to the current and latest update as of September 2024, there’s just a mountain of information to cover, so they’re broken into smaller videos. The idea of sharing videos on the internet or any public forum, like the mainstream media’s us of television is to get as many people to see and or hear the videos, in YT that’s clicks and views yes. 2. The channel never asserts that Mike is completely blind, please share the video and time stamp where that can allegation can be found. 3. Was he blind when? What time frame is “then”? 4. Many of Mike’s injuries have including the blindness stem from injuries received in the Army. 5. The ADA is a piece of legislation (words on a page). The ADA can’t “have” anything as it’s not an entity. 6. The NC court personnel are the people responsible for “dragging out” both NC cases. They continue to refuse to follow the ADA and the US and state Constitutions. Mike uses the appeals process when available, but the state government lacks checks and balances, and it may take a federal judge stepping in to force the NC state judges to follow the ADA. @@BlindJustice Was he blind when he served his country? Why does he act like he's completely blind if he isn't (it's clear in one of the original videos that he can at least see a little). He, via you or his affidavits, keep saying he's blind as an absolute - but now I'm gathering that he's partially blind, which is an important fact, don't you think? What injuries did he receive in the army and how? The way you speak of the ADA in this and other videos makes it seem like they ARE an entity. You act like you've contacted them, at least that's the way it comes off. I think you know this. For me, and this is only my opinion, you are dragging this out for clicks and views. I understand if you allege that the NC court are dragging this out, but again this video posted at the end of September 2024 only covers things to August 2022.Then you say in your response that this video is the latest update. Are you saying nothing has happened in those two years? Or are you being coy and saying it runs to YOUR latest update for your followers? If things have happened then you surely know what those things are, so I don't understand a two-year lag. Are these cases, and this is the KEY question, still ongoing or are they done? Appreciate the initial response and I'll appreciate the follow-up response, should there be one.

And when you play games like these, no one will take you seriously, as many don't in the comments below. You did not answer a single question and your evasion of them speaks volumes - voluminous volumes.
