Hi, when i use spss to get the LC50 LC95 and KT50 and KT95, i leave it as it is. .015 significance level, transform: none. what's the difference?

Sig.” number is less than 0.05, the relationship between the two variables in your data set is statistically significant. If the number is greater than 0.05, the relationship is not statistically significant. the sig level important for Probit chi-square tests. check the below the table your significant mention

@@StatisticsBio7 Many thanks for your answer. I have the same software, ¿do you know how to get the slope and the value of R*2? I have seen many papers that show those values, however, I can not find them whithin the analisys. Thanks again!

How to find the concentration that cause 50% mortality (ld50) if the max value of probit on graf is only 2.0? The value of probit should be 5.0 right for conc of lc50?
