Ma'am how can we say h(bar) = h/2 ? Centre of gravity should be at middle of this rectangular rod and then we have to calculate it's vertical distance na?

We take this h bar specification either below the water surface or at surface so above that part is not into consideration while calculating .( Correct me if I'm wrong)
