I had the same problem. After testing it they had to replace it with an updated panel. You can still use the app on the phone instead for now.

There is an app RVMaster for a phone that they had me install when we bought our van. What's nice is that you do not have to be inside to turn on or off functions on the van. Good luck, and thank you.

Actually, my wife just told me that they had downloaded the app in her phone, but they were never able to make it work. Those people were supposed to know and teach us and the person that was giving us the walkthrough was learning with us as she went. Towards the end I just wanted to leave. It was late and I was only thinking about the 150 miles I still had to drive to get home

@mikegutierreztheretiredfar5831 when you get the replacement, make you don't leave until it works on the phone. Great to have and download it on your phone as well. When they replaced mine, I didn't have to do anything on my phone. It just worked. Wish you the best.
