Problem With The Clasica Lacunza Wood Stove

I bought one of those Lacunza Clasica 8 stoves and am building the hearth. I hope it's not going to be a problem. It's my first wood-burning stove. I wish I had found your video before I ordered it.

I am going to try to get the follow up video loaded tomorrow. My video card reader was not working and had to get to the city to get a new one. You will certainly want to see that. My dream was an AGA but they start at 11k American I think. Just not in the cards. I have some videos of me using it on the channel already and will be doing a lot more.

We have a Obadiah 2000 by Heco. We have that issue from time to time. Almost sounds like the air intakes are clogged

It can also be caused by negative pressure in the building. Have you tried with a window open? Does it have a air intake on the back side? Is that to close to the wall if it does?

I was thinking that because the tiny house is so airtight but this didn't happen last season. Thanks for the input.

We are cringing through your painful voyage of cook stove discovery. "Been there, done that" were my wife's words..... Whilst our stoves may be decades apart, the principals are very similar so perhaps our video "Cleaning The Sultan" might have helped ease the misery! Sounds like you've figured it out regardless. Yes, maybe. I was shocked when I went to youtube looking for some videos that might help with this particular stove. The dealer that sold it to us was not the least bit interested un helping. 'Did you check the pipe' was it! So there is certainly a need for a video about this one. I will look for yours too when I think of it.

There has to be something clogging the flue.
