I got a set of 10 vanity mirror led lights without power supply. First, i tested it with a 5VDC 1A charger and worked well evendough beightness was not enough. Than i tested it again with a 12 V DC 1A charger and it turned on flashing. I think it's a matter of supply voltage.

Mismatched voltage will cause the light to flicker and eventually burn out. we recommended use to 5V2A adapter.

Hello dear,very glad you share the info,First, you can change the power adapter and try it. If the situation does not improve, you can disassemble the back panel of the mirror and check whether the circuit board is loose.

First of all, please check if it is power supply problem. 1) Make sure that the power supply is working properly and replace it with the same parameter power adapter; 2) Make sure that the power supply DC socket is in place and can be rotated or rocked to detect any contact failure ; 3) If the contact is poor, use the lever to adjust the metal dome in the CD plug or replace the DC cable. Second, please check if it is pcb issue. 1) Confirm that the power supply is normal and the DC line is normal . 2) Use a screwdriver to remove the backplane screws 3) Use a tool to insert the frame gap, then remove the backboard . 4) Open the backboard and check that if the terminal are connected correctly. It is recommended to take a photo record of the installation direction . 5) Use a new pcb to test if the old one is bad . 6) Hold the pcb connection cable and pull up to remove it. Applying alcohol to help glue removal . 7) After the pcb is removed, clean the residual glue to ensure that the installation area is flat and clean. 8) Put the new pcb in the white frame area and fix it with double-sided tape or hot melt glue . 9) After installing the pcb, put the bulb terminal into terminal block . 10) After test completed, fix the back board with screw.
