Proboat Impulse 32 is a SCREAMER! Setup and Speed Run with Geico 36

Out with my Proboat Impulse 32 for a water bash and stock prop speed run. This is an excellent boat and glad I picked one up! Running all stock with a few minor adjustments and a modest 42mm prop she really screams! Also ran my Proboat Miss Geico 36 and Dad with his Sonicwake 36.

Propeller cavitation Cavitation if the formation of air bubbles on the propeller. Cavitaion usually occurs as a result of damage and you'll feel it in the form of vibrations. Cavitation is bad for three reasons. First it can physically damage the propeller. Secondly, it causes those vibrations which makes your ride less comfortable. Thirdly it reduces bite, which reduces efficiency. Propeller ventilation Ventilation, on the other hand, is the propeller sucking in air. This may happen because you have the engine trimmed up too high. It can occur because you're jumping waves and the back of the boat is actually coming up near the surface of the water, or perhaps you have a really sharp turn and as the boat leans your propeller is too close to the surface. Ventilation is also bad mostly because it can cause a radical reduction in thrust and also it can cause your engine to over-rev.

Dear Sir, what is faster you Impulse 32 or your TFL Pursuit (yellow with skull graphics) please? Also which one of these two is more stable at straight-line speed? Which boat do you recommend more and why? Note other models in context also please? (Note: I wish to choose a 6s power source only).

Like a porpousing up and down? Boat just needs adjusting. Maybe slide batteries forward a tad and lower trim tabs a mm or 2.

Thanks! I like both. The Sonicwake is a better all around bash boat since it's larger and can handle rougher water plus it self rights. This boat is great with calm water and really rips once set up right!
