@@imtiazali3052 Look talaq is jurisdiction of male... It's he who has to carry out this.... So it's the man who is in charge... It's about man.. If it's women who doesn't want to come back when 3 months pass , automatically it will be talaq in my opinion

Rabiya sister aap jaha bhi ho kisi alim air mufti ke pas jaogi toh woh bolenge hogayi talaq....but I wanna say 1 hoti hai yeh teen talaq humare Rasool ne nahi sikhaya hai....unhone toh 3 talaq 1 hi kaha tha.....abu bakr R.a ke zamane bhi 1 bas umar R.a me isko 3 ko 3 hi kaha hai....par unhone is baat se ruju kiya tha....par humare maulana ko akal kaha hai.....inka chodo sister If you were at time of period and husbands give you talaq that's invalid... If your husband has intercourse and after that he gives you talaq even at that time it's invalid.....

Agar talaq deni hai toh Allah ke diye hukm pe do Jab aurat haiz se nikal kar pak hojaye...tab aur baad me talaq deni chahiye Without touch without intercourse Usme deni hai toh 1 talaq bas apke pas 3 haiz ka time hota hai.... uske pehle apke pyare husband ko apki yaad aaye aur bole ki nai mujhe aisa nai karna chahiye ....toh ruju ho sakti hai....aur apke 3 month guzar gaye....toh apki ek talaq....count ki jayegi...uske baad bhi apne husband ke reh sakti hai....par naya nikah naya mehr Agar phir bhi kuch saal baad apke husband ko gustaki karne ka mann kiya Tab bhi aise hi hoga jaise pehle talaq ke term me hua tha...3 month ka period Isme bhi 3 month guzar gaye....toh phir apki dusri talaq count....aur suno iske baad bhi Allah ek aur chance deta hai....aap phir se apne husband se nikah kar sakti hai..magar iske baad apke husband ne apko talaq di t0h yeh akhri aur teri talaq hogi.... So Allah hume hidayat de is talaq jaisi cheez se dur rehne ki....Ameen

Ruju aorat ki dosri shadi ke baad hota hy. Aik hi Talaq hoti hy jo 2 baar kehnay se hoti hy. Jab tak aorat dosri shadi na kar le woh halaal rehti hy. Talaq CANCEL kar ke osay ghar la saktay hein.

He is telling exactly what Quran says. Quran main is maslay k lye puri ek surat hai jis k baad mere hisaab se kisi maulvi ki zaroorat nahi, aapko ye shakhs is lye jahil lag rha q k jo aap k moulvi hain wo khud jahil hain, Quran parha nahi unho nay bas unhay jo un k baro nay parha dia wo unhay sahi lagta. Or jab Quran nay ek tareeka bata dia hai to phr q us k khilaaf jaya jaata hai or Quran ki Na-farmani ki jaati hai molviyo k bataye hoye talaq k galat tareeqay se! Jab ek baat Quran main saaf saaf likhi hai us k baad kisi molvi ki zaroorat nahi.
