How can i find the temperature of operations for each equipment?

If you are talking about design phase, then temperatures should be adjusted by the simulation program to get optimised performance parameters. If you are talking about the case at site, then this would be through temperature transmitters which read temperatures, maybe we would need some action to be taken to avoid very high or very low temperatures, this should be habdled by control or safety Instrumented systems.
