Don't worry the same application form will be followed for the next round of counselling and if you will cleared the cutoff of any branch then automatically your branch will be upgraded

Yea u can refund the money , but there is a certain date before which they can give u 100 percent refund . If u delay the refund after that date then will return 80 % or 50% accordingly
