I'm hoping one day to see a video about the people who anayze the workflow, and design assembly-line machines like these that work with such precision.

Brought back memories. We had a cupola and I would mull all the floor and machine sand and facings myself for the next day. Next day I would gathervsand samples and do moisture and compression strength testing. By then the cupola was going and we would tap out at 11:00 am. I ran the heat and controlled oxygen injection, carbon testing and samples for the lab and with others distributed the iron to all the pouring floors on a monorail system. About 4:30 pm the heat was over and we would drop the bottom ou5 of the furnace. Then back to the muller and repeat. Imloved the work and responsibility.

Very interesting. I'm surprised they are still using hot box cores. The inline machining was not expected either.

밸브 재조공정에서 사용되는 기계들도 다른 기계들에 의해서 재조 되었겠죠 ? 기계의 재조에도 돌고 도는 써클이 있는듯 해요

at 6:48 when the worker (in white/grey clothing) places the crucible on the pouring station - there is a GREEN 'cabin' looking thing on the left overlooking the pouring station. *Is there somebody in the 'cabin' controlling the pouring or is that fully automated there?* It looks like a cabin for a human with all the windows and stuff, but as it's not visible at any point I was wondering..

I agree. At least this channel usually keeps it modest and in the background.. But i'd prefer zero music. This video was louder than most.....
