This is quite nostalgic for me. Thank you for posting this video. I worked 1 hour photo in the 90s and this is pretty much exactly how we processed the film. The only difference was we made prints rather than scanned the negatives.

Wow, that pulling out the roll is really ingenious. I see people like taking apart the whole cartridge in the dark when developing manually but this method is much easier.

Back in the day people rarely used gloves, you learned to develop a "soft touch" when dealing with film
