I want to begin with 30 to 50 mini loaves per day and increase the quantity with time. Please I'll like to know how much of bread improver and preservative (propionate) should be used for every 10 cups of flour.

Warm water is mainly for homemade bread. Even my homemade bread, I use room temperature water sometimes depending on the quantity. Commercial bread must be chilled water with pieces of ice block inside.
