@@jason1234934 Every bucket that I have cut apart and rebuilt I have done on the ground The ground is always better Working on a table with overhang can cause droop we have a couple buckets That were sent out to be modified and extended And you could tell that they were put on a table The side cutting edges wear faster than the middle

@@matthiku I also commented on wearing hood for tacking and welding, especially with high current. I wear a respirator with P-100's and I know they make sub standard welding masks that look like their made for dust but better than nothing-i guess.

저도 파키스탄 철공소 영상 봤는데 그냥 모양만 내더군요. 강성이고 뭐고 없이 폐선박 철판잘라 가내수공업으로 만드는데 내구성은 기대 안하고 인건비가 싸니깐 망가지면 또 새로 사도 저 제품보다 싸겠지요. 하독스 철판이라 오래 쓸겁니다.

Конструктора ковша на высоте, но вот один момент при сварке заставляет задуматься, когда сварщик сидит вприсядку и варит, у него же затекают ноги, удобнее же ковш поднять выше, чтобы сварщик варил стоя, это же гораздо удобная поза....!!!!

@@hinterhofschrauber2288 I'm pretty sure it's because of the welding fumes. Hardox contains 1-2 % Cr which makes nasty fumes.

@@timhayes3336 Is Hardox made in China? I know it's made in Sweden by SSAB but maybe they have production in China too. If it is genuine Hardox, it has chromium in it. Not much compared to stainless steel but enough to make it wise to use a mask when welding it.

군대 가기 전에 중공업에서 CO2 용접사로 일을 하던 때가 생각이 납니다. 집에다가 얼마 안되지만 생활비라도 벌어 들이고 가겠다고 배 밑바닥부터 기어 다니면서 용접 연기 마셔가며 여름에는 더워서 겨울에는 추워서 정말 고생했었네요. 그럼에도 덕분에 군대도 용접 특기병으로 지원해서 갈 수가 있었긴 하지만... 여튼 용접 정말 깔끔하게 작업 했네요.

저는 90년대 초 공고 용접과를 졸업하고 몇년전에는 굴착기 조정면허를 땄습니다 저의 과거와 현재를 보는거 같군요 영상을 처음부터 끝까지 잘보았습니다 바가지를 찍어내는건줄 알았는데 완전 수작업이군요 ㅎㅎ 대단들 하십니다 ㅎㅎ

Buckets that seem to be of very good quality nice work, however there are still a few points for improvement in my opinion, placing a wear blade bolted to the front of the blade greatly improves the longevity of the bucket, as well as holes for evacuation water during digging. despite everything what a pleasure to be delivered of new bucket directly on the construction site

I like the bolted Idea but think a fully welded one would hold up better do to the pressure.

@@donsmith9081 i understand your reasoning, but believe me, I have two dredging buckets for my kobelco sk 380. the one that is welded is soon worn down to the base of the sides, and you will have to cut with a torch, resize a piece of metal, then weld it again, in other words, a good day's work the other which is bolted (with 20 mm diameter bolts) is profiled in such a way that it fits into the Bucket and I have never had a problem in nearly 5 years of work. (a dredging bucket is not made to work in hard material) is the blade worn? we cut the bolts we turn it the other way and it's off again for 5 years, 1 hour of work
